Ultrasonic probes in the railway maintenance sector

Our offer includes all ultrasonic probes used in tests in the railway maintenance sector. We manufacture probes for manual tests of dismantled and non-dismantled axles and wheel rims of railway wheelsets and other elements. The offer includes equipment for tests during operation (testing both from the front side of the journal and from the side surfaces of the journal and axle shaft) and new elements. All our probes are made in abrasion-resistant housings. In addition to standard probes, we offer profiled probes for the side surface of the axle and probes with small angles for testing axles not dismantled from the front surface of the journal. They are used instead of plexiglass overlays, which lose their acoustic properties as a result of abrasion. We are able to manufacture probes with any angle and transducer size. All our products are covered by a 24-month warranty.
