Ultrasonic testing services

We also provide ultrasonic testing services in the railway maintenance sector:

• we perform tests of solid and hollow railway axles, wheel rims and rims, leaf springs, rails and other elements of rolling stock,
• it is possible to perform the test at the Purchaser’s premises,
• our equipment allows for testing of axles in dismantled and undismantled condition (from the front side of the journal),
• our staff has level 2 certificates in accordance with PN EN ISO 9712 in the ultrasonic and visual method in the railway maintenance sector,
• we perform tests based on our own instructions or in accordance with the documentation provided by the Purchaser,
• the service can be performed even within 24 hours.
