Calibration blocks and instructions

We provide our customers with test instructions and production and certification of calibration blocks used in the railway maintenance sector:

• ultrasonic test instructions:
  • are approved by a person with a level 3 certificate in the railway maintenance sector in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9712 standard,
  • contain a description of manual simplified tests (testing from the front side of the journal), partially simplified (from the front side of the journal and side middle surface) and detailed (from the journal side and middle surfaces).
• performance of standard cuts and certification of calibration blocks:
  • cuts are made on the axles supplied by the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s headquarters,
  • cuts are made in accordance with the instructions developed by ZBM ULTRA or another document presented by the Purchaser,
  • standards are verified by a person with a level 3 certificate in the railway maintenance sector in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9712 standard.
